East On Foundation
Our Mission:
East On Foundation exists to activate public spaces through immersive art and cultural programming that strengthens community connection and civic identity.
We believe that access to high-quality cultural experiences should be shared, public, and inclusive. Through large-scale installations, projection mapping, and collaborative programming, we create environments where art becomes part of everyday civic life.
Our mission is to bring people together through creativity—transforming familiar spaces into moments of wonder, connection, and shared experience.
What we do:
We design and produce public-facing cultural experiences that activate cities through:
Large-scale immersive art installations
Projection mapping and light-based experiences
Community arts programming and workshops
Collaborative artist and institution partnerships
Citywide cultural festivals and activations
Our work exists at the intersection of art, public space, and community identity.

Local Impact
By transforming the city’s architecture into a canvas, East ON Fest highlights the region’s creative sector, supports local and regional artists, and activates public spaces through shared cultural experiences.
401 Lab is led by the creative partnership of multimedia artist Duvan Ayala and Easton-based creative entrepreneur Andrea Rincon.
Duván’s work in visual production, sound engineering, projection mapping, and large-scale art installations forms the artistic backbone of the project. His collaborations with major artists and institutions, along with strong connections to creative and technical teams, shape 401 Lab’s immersive and experimental approach.
Andrea, owner of three local businesses, brings creativity, logistical strength, cultural management, and community outreach. Deeply rooted in Easton’s community, she provides essential organizational leadership, cultural insight, and entrepreneurial vision.
Together, they merge expansive artistic experience with local commitment and a growing nonprofit foundation to build a cultural legacy that inspires, engages, and uplifts Easton.
